How does your game fit the theme?
We interpreted Joined Together to be the combining of bugs to gain more power and better stats. Any two base bugs in the game can be joined together to create a new type of bug, and for the most part they are stronger together.

FUUUUUSION! TAAAAAH!
XDDD
I'm 100% that it was a popular idea, fusing things together, but it wasn't applied because actually making it is quiet tricky. Especially in 2 days. That's the kind of stuff that looks good on the paper but is irrealistic in real life.
Yet... YOU MADE IT X)! Dammit dude. X)
That was a breath of fresh air! I felt real smart when I was establishing a strategy over who am I supposed to fuse together to be able to take down the enemies ahead. Always feels good to make it right! B)
Nice work! :D
Nice game, I like the concept of combining bugs like apes together strong and how they evolve. It's impressive how many combinations you guys fit in too, it was fun discovering them all!
Really cool concept similar to ours!
This was a really cool idea and fit the theme well. I did manage to beat most of the levels, some taking a few attempts. I know on the game page you wrote down the stats but it would have been nice to see them in game. I understand this is a jam and not everything gets finished. If you take this idea forward though I think that would make the biggest difference.
Cool game!
Cool idea, I wish the victory text was a more readable colour and it told you about the new bugs as you discover them. But well executed and great gameplay!
The game runs well and was fun to play, i just wish I knew what the different units did.
Yeah, one of the things we forgot to add. Went ahead and added an overview to the main page, here's some quick info
Base Unit Overview:
clever concept and solid execution
Nice game with interesting mechanics.
