Hey hello there possible Player, so if you reading this comment than you are probably wanted to write one.  Let me tell a little story about the game's development. When the jam stated we stated brainstorming and we had an idea about a game that feels like Hotline Maiami  but it whould be our take on the topdoew ganere. We taught that it whould fit the theme. We didnt do that mutch progress in the first day exept for a basic movement and the camera movement. The second day(saturday) was progressieve. We made the character model  the animation script(by the way all the animations are controlled by scrpts and not with unity's animator) and  a basic patroll(by this time i used pace holders (though trough the lack of animations). Sunday morning we all stated working on áll the things at once. The AI was buggy so I finished it (mostly, I didnt taught about they colleideing with each other) we made animations but we had to Cut a lot of content that we wanted to make in the game like shotguns, bosses more enemies more floor elemnts) 3 hours before the deadline the music was ready but not in the game yet, the Pistol worked without animations and we didnt had a basic level for the game. So we did what we can in the end It was a rush we made props and stuff. By the last hour we added post processing and stated doing the level. 10 minutes before the deadline we finished this map with random prop pacement. Than we realised we have no goal in the game so we made an escape door (without a script to end the game) and than placed text to the instructions. 0 playtest and no time to properly finish the game all we have to do is to build the game. I said to myself : please unity work.  And than it crashed. 6 min before the deadline. Unity Crashed when we tried to make a build.... I fixed the problem but we had no ichio site for the game. We didnt make it in time. But the grace period saved us...

Anyway thanks for the understanding and hope that you guys all like our unfinished product that we are really proud of :D we really enyjoed the jam :)

Movement feels sluggish, as if you're underwater.

Developer

Yep, but we had no time to fix that :P. I will fix it afther the Jam

Yeah, I feel x.x Right there with you. I wish I had just another hour to fine tune a few things in my game. There's so many lighting issues in my game... unfortunate as it is extremely dependent on light XD

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

But I am still proud of the game :) This was still made  in 48 hours.... even if it is unfinished XD

Yeah! All in all, great job on the jam <3

I do like this game, but the floor textures overlapping kinda drove me nuts. Additionally, I feel like a start and end screen that could help explain the story would be really great.

Developer

Yeeees, the textures it frustate me as well... Probably make a "fixed" version in the future with everything that we wanted to add the game & with fixes like the floor overlapping

But we hope you enyjoed our game :D

Definitely enjoyed kicking bodies around and tossing guns.

Would like to see a more polished version in the future.

Developer

I think this game deserves a more polished version as well. We litearly had 20 minutes before the deadline for the level design(we taught that could go last) so it was a hard rush xd. That is why the floor overlaps and thihs like that. Oh ye we didnt playtester the game.... Not even once.... When we tried to build the game (6 min before the deadline) Unity crashed for every time we stated builds. We taught that we couldnt do any thing. But than I realised the problem (10 min afther the deadline). Luckily we had the grace period :P. Anyway thanks for playing!  (broken english)

Praise for in-game text tips. I think it would really benefit the experience if the movement speed was faster.

Developer

Yep... We will increase the movementspeed afther the Jam.
