How does your game fit the theme?
The "Out of Control" aspect comes into play with this game in the following ways: 1. When you shoot you lose control of your ship and take control of your bullets. 2. The shot you shoot is randomized each time. Make sure to use the correct shot on the correct targets. 3. The rules of the game change every couple seconds with "laws" that will appear on the top of the screen. A total of three "laws" can be active at a time. Laws can change how bullets work and can even change your control scheme. 4. Waifu is randomized each play-through <3

I don't know what to say, the idea is good thou the mashup of all the kinds  of art is notr great,

it was funny i have to say but not fun at all, when you use a lot of diffrent art you need to find the one kind that fits your game like : pixel art vector art don't just take every piece of art that you can.

(btw you can chack my game just saying)
