Java game? Wow! the first one I've seen this jam!

The idea of controlling birds is very original  and I've never seen a game like it before.

The algorithm for the bird movement feels very complex!

This is quite an interesting entry!

Good job! I wish you luck in your future games!

Can you also please tell me what java libraries did you use? Or is it just pure Java?

It would help a lot if you would rate my game as well! Thank you \(^-^)/

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! It was actually coded in Kotlin, and we used LibGDX and Box2d

I like being able to punt the smaller birds 5/5

Developer

I almost wanted to take that out, but my brother had the better judgement lol. Thanks for playing!

Looks pretty fun! How do you play the game though? I have no idea how to control the birds :p

thanks for checking it out! You will need to use the mouse to control a bigger bird, who influences the flocking behavior of the smaller birds. The bigger bird can die if you hit an obstacle, at which point you would have to restart to get control back. We didn't really finish to a polished spot with a user interface, unfortunately.

Okay I think I instantly let the bigger bird die the first time I played it. Because I didn't see him that time haha. Now I played it and it worked fine. Pretty fun!
