How does your game fit the theme?
The player can control the plane they are supposed to land, however, in every stage (other than last and first) they will have to overcome something interfering with their controls, might be a faster plane, a plane harder to turn around, or one that consumes fuel at a faster rate

nice game, Controls feel good when flying however the "use inertia" in the first level is misleading because it makes me think that I should let go of "w" and point the plain down to build up momentum and then i can aim the plane back up and gain altitude but i always just keep dropping when i let go of W. Also i would like a restart button when i die so i don't get dropped straight back into the level. Like the concept with each level having a unique feel and the aesthetic is nice. Please check out my game as well.
Hey there! I think this was a really nice crafted game under 48 hours. The music was fitting for each level. You guys rocked in directing where the player should go and not get lost. That space level with its lighting to show where to ascend to space was really smart. Overall great little game. First time in 3D making? That's an amazing start! I see that it's your second time joining this game jam. See you next year then? haha
wow thank you for the comment about the music, was one of the last few things I added and I felt like I rushed it and didn't go through enough tracks, so yeah, good to know they do fit. I played the levels several times to make sure players wouldn't feel lost when I didn't want them to feel that way, so thank you for noticing that, especially the one oyu mention.
Thank you! Its my second time joining a game jam at all, my first was one over at GameJolt some months ago, this is my second one and first GMTK Game JAm, and for sure I'll see you around next year!
Nice solid game guys...nice concept and impementation
when i started, the controls felt weird but i got used to it within 5 min and it was all smooth sailing after that.
Glad you liked it! thanks
Good to know that the controls were easy to adapt to, that opens up opportunities to make all sorts of maps! :)
Very enjoyable expirience, took a bit to get hang of, but afterwards all the little tricks with the inertia felt satisfying to pull of. Nice game!
Thank you!
Really glad you enjoyed the game and that managed to feel comfortable around the mechanics!
Really liked the controls and the whole game felt solid, also the music started playing only on the third or second level
Thanks! Was slightly afraid that AD to control up and down would feel weird but they actually feel natural for some reason (trust me, you dont want to try the early build with WS for up and down, it felt out of control, but in the wrong way).
Thats weird, I'd have to test it on other places, the music changes with each stage accordingly on my PC, thanks for the heads up!
I liked the presentation with flying to the text lines but the game felt a bit too slow and the first level was a bit long. Also the idea was not the most creative one :P
The goal of the game wasn't really speed but adapting and maneuvering around with what you were given, the first level might serve as a bit of a safe place for players to get used to the controls, but I could look into it either way.
Not sure what you mean with most creative one, creativity is not always about making something completely new, but taking a concept and making it feel fresh or give it your own touch, giving it personality to stand out from the rest. Also not a really nice thing to say either or, I'd rather get 1 comment with constructive criticism than 10 with just mean comments, lets try and make the gamedev community a welcoming one where everyone seeks improvement and to help others improve, this is not a race, most here are doing this for fun or its their first time doing a game at all, and comments like these could deter those individuals from participating in more in the future. Take some time to think on your approach to commenting, since this one is not the only one on that same line of thought.
By the way, GMTK played your game on stream today!
