love the concept and the execution was great. Art style was very clean and easy to read. Was hard to know when I could dash sometimes and the coins were sort of weird to pick up. Other than that, this game is probably one of the best I've played from the jam!
Difficult to control, but I guess that's the point haha. I do wish the coins weren't so finicky.
Moving around was fun by itself. Great work there. It's strange that you need some momentum to collect coins, only touching them should be enough.
I think the game could've had a bit more focus on the combat because that was my favorite part of it. I just wish there was more levels!
Love it! Collecting all the coins was hard work, but now I feel complete.
Movement feels really good! And quickly becomes chaotic as the rooms progress.
Great game! I loved the movement and attacking mechanism. It really felt great and intuitive to use. The availability/timing to push the shift button felt a little up in the air sometimes, but I managed to beat the game. Adding a music soundtrack would really bring the game up just a little bit more.
Great job!
Thank you! The "cooldown" is one second, but you're right; I should've at least changed the sprite or given an audio indication.
Great game! Mostly what it's missing is some more clarity on what's going on; when you're able to use your boost, and where you're supposed to go. Didn't have too much trouble figuring it out, but a visual indicator would be nice
