Great idea, especially for a first jam. It's not very well optimized so it ran pretty poorly on my computer, but still fun. It gets a bit old after a while. I liked the idea a lot and if expanded on it could be a cool mobile game or simple web game.
I never focused on optimization, as long as it worked on my computer lol. I'm sorry if it wasted your time or the game was too monotonous. On the bright side, I know how to do basic AI now? Thanks!
Not a waste of time at all! Optimization is hard in a game jam on such a short constraint. It was quite fun!
