That was so cool! The light mechanic alone would've been enough. It was scary, and the fact the enemies look like mannequins makes it worse. Great job!
We also made a shooter last weekend. Check it out! https://cerosware.itch.io/one-stick-shooter

WOW, the visuals are incredible. Loved what I saw.

The game... well, it's like the game doesn't teach you (by awards or punishment) its own rules (a goal, a obstacle, where to go, what to do). in fact I quit after a couple of minutes because the game it self (as game) was pointless.

But again, idea, and visuals (OMG the aestethics!) was awesome.

Thanks for the feedback! Next time I will properly convey the purpose of the game within the game itself, +maybe add some additional purposes like score, killcount, etc to accommodate multiple choice player types. I had hoped that the innate desire to "Finish the song" would carry through.

Gamepad recommended for best experience (however wont work in menus)

Controls:
Left Mouse Button / Gamepad Right Trigger - shoot
Escape - pause
Spacebar / XBox A button - Jump

WARNING: Bright flashing lights! Epileptics beware!

Only one way to get light (from shooting) + listen to one song until finish while moving
