One of the greatest game of the Jam ….. 4 me at least the one thing i will improve is the dying a checkpoint will be nice every 3 or 4 screens

When I first saw the name of your game, It really made me curious :) I really liked your art. I think you used the engine in a really cool way. It is innovative and I like hearing a story while playing a game so much. I think there should be more games like this. It looks fantastic, sounds fantastic feels fantastic. You can make people feel emotions deeply with this type of work! I hope you keep up your good work!
I am sure if you created this in this time limitation, you can do much more if you have the right time...

The graphics and music are fantastic, and the game is great. My only gripe is that firing the soul protector isn't that responsive - pressing jump and V didn't always work. And having to restart the level from the beginning when you get hit is a bit rough.
But otherwise, a fantastic, atmospheric game. You've definitely excelled with the audio and visuals.
I'm so happy you enjoyed the art, I truly did put a lot of effort into it! And thank you for pointing that out! I'll sure make an adjustment to the game's level of difficulty and extend it after the jam is over! The kick has a little cooldown, I'll try to update it and make that explicit!

I cried ;-; such a beautiful game, really nice history, feels really complete. A work of art really. I wish the main character were a little more like the wolrd, not just a stick figure, but I get the time limitation. Keep up making such beautiful games.

Artstyle is stunning. Sometimes it's hard to believe some people did that in 9 days. And i can tell you've made the art by yourself, because it has soul to it. Awesome game. Check out my game if you got free time too.

Wow.. Very nice game. The intro was so nice. The controls and the feel of the game is great too..
The art and the music for this game stands out among all the submissions I have played so far.
The only issue I had was when I enter the next frame and immediately get hit by an enemy that is just at the start of the next screen, or by a bullet that was fired from an enemy that was out of the current screen(adding destroy out of screen behavior to bullet object should fix this issue)
This game still is one of the best submissions I have played. Great work ^_^
