Nice chill game, love the music. The controls are a bit wonky (acceleration/deceleration and the grapple does not seem to respond according to my input when clicking). Nice concept

bulbs can be lit by grappling to them or just moving through it in general

It's kind of abstract game. I didn't understand how to restore the lights, I tried shooting at it ? Anyway the music was great.
you can restore them by passing through it :)
Love the visual effects, especially the particles! I think where it could use some work though are on the player's abilities, namely that the particles are a bit much for the attack and the grapple only extends to half the distance between you and the light. That last bit was especially bad, because I actually really liked the grapple once I figured out how it worked, but I was confused by it for a good while.
The music you chose fits really well! It's a nice relaxing experience.
Other than that the movement is a bit slippery/slow and could use some workshopping, but I can't really say what would make it better since I do think slow movement fits better for the aesthetic you're going for.

I've been working on that grapple line, it has not been very friendly with me, you can pick up more speed through the game so we started you out fairly slow, still up for change however :)
