How does your game match the theme?
The theme gameboy fits, because of it's screen resolution , limited color pallet(four colors) and limited buttons.
The theme space fits, because the story it's located in space, the universe, and the main character is a star. Also the universe is shrinking in the story, your goal is to make it expand again.

Haha! This game is funny & well designed. I did encounter a bug that stopped my progress on the first boss room, but it was still fun.
Congrats on your submission! I think I found a bug. It took me a while to figure out how to play. I got 2 of the power balls and when I was trying to get the third on the Golem, I got killed a few times and I guess I accidentally got into the menu when I was trying to move and I was killed and the menu screen was gone but the screen size was smaller because of how the menu pops up from the side. I also could no longer move my character in this state.
Thank you! Yes, the pause menu doesn't really pause the game haha, just makes the player not able to move, but to get rid of it, you just have to select "Back", the first option, it closes the pause menu.
Yes. I did that, the menu disappeared. back was no longer on the screen, but the screen still looked like the menu was supposed to be there. That's why I'm saying it was a bug. I wasn't stuck in the menu, there was no menu, but it looked like there should have been one.
That just happend to me lol. I'm not sure how to fix it..
No worries! I just wanted to report it :)
at first I thought it was going to be similar to binding of isac, then it turned out to be side scroller platformer too.
In level 1 there was a blocked passage I couldnt cross.
In level 2 I came to the boss but he was too difficult.
I also didnt understand how this relates to space. because we play as stars, and stars are out in space? this is the only connection I could find, but if thats the case why arent more stuff space related? seems like only few characters are. and it feels kinda forced even for that (stars trying to save the world from ending? what?)
I think I know what blocked passage you mean, in level 1, you have to move the boxes correctly, to be able to pass. I couldn't figure out how to make it reset exactly, in case you get it wrong, but you can quit the level and try again, from the pause menu.
well, I wish I had better ideas at the time, but yes it is a bit of a stretch. The story is that the universe is shrinking istead of expanding, so theres that interpretation of space, and the stars are trying to help, they live in this universe, they wanna help.
