You did amazingly well to get a racing game done in 10 days, as I've made a simple one before and it isn easy getting the driving and sliding tuned. You did this really well. It is really hard at first but after a bit of practice, I started to get the rhythm.
Only tweak I would suggest is if the camera moves so you see more of the road ahead as you get faster. ie So if you're moving right the car would be less in the centre and more to the left side of the screen giving you a bit more view of the road ahead.
Nice racing game! This is not my genre and im pretty bad at controlling tiny cars, so was tough for me, but still i had fun playing this. What i really liked - 1. the world itself is cool - you have dice and pencil so you get the feeling you are on a table! 2. Sound effects are on point - especially enjoyed the screeching sound effect with the visuals :) Nice work overall, congrats!
Ah! Micro Machines! Love it! You just reminded me I always wanted to make a topdown car game. Thanks!
