Really hard game but could the player shoot faster ?

Developer

There is a bonus [x2] to upgrade the shooting speed. As the level is different (and random) each day, sometimes this bonus does not appear. So far, these levels can be finished with a bit of training :-)

Hey! Realy nice and hard game! :D

That's a really solid game!  Played quite a few times, managed to get 4600 points.  And... then I saw someone's comment about beating the game, so I had to go play again until I did =).  I really like the ASCII graphics - though definitely not feeling like a terminal emulator, they still do really set the mood.  Audio's good too!

I finally managed to beat this game - although that sneaky [1] power-down at the end was nasty!

I died to the first enemy an embarrassing number of times despite knowing where it moves every time. Got a high score of 2400.

Thanks for your feedback! When the rating phase is over, I guess I’ll improve a bit the level generation algorithm to introduce a better progression throughout the level. However, the current version seems to produce interesting layouts, at least for the first two days :-)

Hey, you checked the "Decentralized: no Challenge" category, which means using a decentralized technology, but a different one than given in other Challenges (NEAR, IPFS, MPL) - can you let me know what other technology you have used? There's nothing in the description about it. If there's no such tech, can you please remove that selection to not confuse the experts/judges please? Thanks!

Developer

OK, I’ll remove this challenge. Thanks for your feedback.
