Theme interpretation
The theme was used to mirror the literal moonshot of getting a man on the moon and back, with a new space-related "moon"shot of getting people to Mars! In turns out that we used Moonshot as a meta-theme too, working on a project that was a bit too ambitious given our time constraints.

Visuals are the only thing but awesome! :D I really want to place something in this plane but I can't so the message is that we never place something to mars? Anyway I proud of you and I invite you to continue it in the spare time, nice start!
There's no explanation on what the controls are, but I clicked some of the buttons in the UI, and tried placing buildings, but it just modified the ground a bit. But I understand you ran out of time; happens in a game jam. I do like the graphics. The visuals are very well made!
That is exactly what happened. Thanks for understanding! We'll be putting out an update once the judging period is done. That should let you actually play it :)
Sad that I wasn't able to play :( One of my first ideas for the jam was a city builder too, so I'm glad to see you attempted to make one. Hopefully we'll get to try a playable version after the jam, I'll keep an eye out!

Graphics caught my immediately! Loved them. Wanted to build so bad but could not figure how to?
Once you build and unzip, you should just be able to run the .exe if you're on Windows. Unfortunately, it's not in a super... playable state. But keep an eye out! I'll be updating it after the judging window for the jam is over.
I really liked your comic style, but couldn't understand, how to properly play to your game =(.
