This is a very fun game! the levels are very well designed and balanced especially for the short time frame they were made in, the difficulty curve was was linear imo which is something you don't see in very many game jam games. The UI could definitly do with some work allthough I know this is not the main priority in a jam, also the name "floppy fish" made me think it was a flappy bird clone.
Overall you have made a fun, balanced and replayable game, Great job!
Thanks for playing and for the feedback! I am surprised about the levels because I was just winging it, but I'm glad they progressed well enough in difficulty lol. The UI is definitely one of the weak points as I never really got around to it (I will update it in a later update) and the name does sound like flappy bird, I'll look out for giving the wrong impression in the future. Honestly? Oh my G-d this game is fun, I spent most of the playing time (at least when I wasn't hissing in absolute focus and StressTM at some of the jumps) laughing, I love this. so much. Funniest game I've played in a while that is also actually fun to challenge yourself to complete and with a rlly, rlly neat concept. just bizarre humor that is simultaneously an actually good game. i love this

it's fun and the music it's good, a little bit hard to control, but it's obviously intended, the voice acting at the tutorial was a nice surprise, good job!

This was really fun, the platforming felt great even tho flops can be a little unpredictable it worked really well, I loved the voice overs and the music was also great. Good job!

Really creative! The gameplay is simple but effective. Easy to pick up, hard to master. All that stuff. Or maybe it's just hard to master because I'm bad at platformers but yk what i mean maybe.
I liked the tutorial with the voiceover. It was a pleasant surprise! And the tutorial itself was well-paced and made sure the player knew all the controls. (Even if the player could not use them well.)

It's cool, the movement is original for a platformer. I think camera similar to 2d mario's would be better, and some maybe coins to show where to go or signs would be cool, but its fun to play for sure!
