Why hide Submissions? and, thanks for the fun!

I know there were early spam submissions but responding to that by setting it to revealing them all at once will guarantee that some get buried vs a flow of submissions over the weekend, IMO (and i want to play them while i have a chance :) )

Either way, thanks for the Jam. i've had some fun and looking forward to more once the blocks DROP!

There has been a lot of spam to deal with. Hiding submissions is basically the only tool itch has for discouraging it. I hoped I would have been able to open it up by now but sorting people who actually participated from people trying to promote old projects or upload suspicious files has been a decent amount of work.

understood and thanks for the response. there's enough #FBJ chatter elsewhere for me to find submissions to play until the flood :)
