This rules, dude. Like, I'm struggling to come up with more coherent feedback than that. It's just really good and I want more of it.
Thank you
Very cool gameplay ideas. This is the only game so far in this jam that I've played and been kinda mad I didn't think of it. Great idea.
LOL Thank You
I forgot to mention I love the name nods! James, Murphy, Ethan
LOL you notice, not always good with coming up with names so most of the time when making a small free horror game I used names from characters from horror games that I am a fan of.
Very cool little demo. The assets and gameplay are quite polished. Even though I beat the demo I still feel I didn't quite understand the frequency combat, but overall a solid entry to the jam and can definitely see the demo being expanded upon.
Thanks, we'll see how much people are interested to suggest if I work more on this game concept.
I think what initially confused me about that is the colors. Red is closer to the target frequency, right? Initially I assumed green before noticing the actual number. Maybe using an effect other than a color would work better?
Correct, Red is closer to the target frequency. I assumed that looking at your frequency and the enemies frequency would help make it clear that getting in the red make the shot deal more damage. Maybe should of clue that in the Game Tip.
This is probably the most polished thing I've played so far. Interesting setting. nice visuals. Didn't find any noticable bugs. Great work. Only comment is I didn't realize leaving the apartment was going to end the game. I had to restart :P
Also... do they eat batteries?
LOL, nah I just decided to put them on a plate cause I know people sometimes leave certain items in a bowl/plate and just wanted to be sure that players can easily spot them so not stuck looking around for them.
Damn, that was awesome.
I never actually played more than the intro to Observer, but that's the vibe I got.
Hope you continue the story, I'm invested.

Not a bad game, quite odd. Wasn’t really spooky to me. Got stuck at the start with the ID card, however for being done in only two weeks it’s pretty solid!
One of the highlights of the jam, in my opinion. Interesting story and setting, well paced, felt like some real effort went into getting the atmosphere right and overall it was really fun. This is a game I'd really love to see more of, I reckon it's got a ton of potential!
Thanks, and enjoyed your game.
