What a charming idea! The little village was very well layed out, making it fun to explore from the low perspective. The little snout and dog sounds were adorable, I kept spamming the bark and the sniff because they delighted me. I would have added a few more reactions from the dog walker depending on your actions, like for example if you sniff the hotdogs or the trash.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I would like to add more events, like things to sniff and such. Probably a few things that the owner actually lets you sniff, like trees and shrubs, but then if you sniff the bad things maybe have a little time before they make you leave it alone.

very nice game, I would add maybe moving the camera. I really hope you guys continue with the game. Maybe with adding quicker tasks, certain range the dog could be in and maybe the road being a hazard as well. But with the amount of time we had, this was very very nice and makes me wanna play more!

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it! If you were talking about the camera moving where it was stuck, the cursor sometimes doesn't want to lock and can be fixed by clicking outside of the browser window, then back inside the game. I would definitely like to add a range for the dog (probably just outside the minimap range), and have a variety of tasks to do.

Good Game! The idea is fun and entertaining, Loved the town and the minimap design it was really lovely, i got some issues trying to rotate the camera sometimes but everything else was really well executed, nice work!

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! The camera rotation problem seems to have something to do with the cursor not being locked into the game. If you click outside the browser window, then back inside the game, it seems to fix it for now at least.

really a cute experience, love the minimap design,but sometimes i got some problems with the camera, i was unable to properly move it around

I'm glad you liked it! Also yeah, sometimes the cursor doesn't want to stick to the game, but if you click outside the browser window then back on the game, it locks it in.

Thank you! I'm not sure why the cursor does that either, but I found if you click outside the browser window then back inside the game it re-locks the cursor.

its a really big project for a game jam congrats!, i played it two times, and the first one i didnt kwnow that i had to follow the owner and i went to the mountains lol, i think you can specify that you have to follow him at the start of the game :D

Thank you! I was planning on adding a little bit more to the leash to where it was limit the players motion a little bit more to show that you needed to stay near the owner. But at least you got to have an adventure with it the way it was!

Love the idea and the ability to roam in town, but I would like to be able to go backwards more easily. Very cute game and well done especially within the time constraint

Thank you! If I would have had a little bit more time, I was going to try to figure out how to have the owner follow you a little bit while still moving along the predetermined path.
