to be his first game it's fine, when the ghost moved through the ramps it moved weird, but still the game is fine

Thanks a lot for playing and for your feedback!
We know some details need some polishing, but we're still proud of what we achieved :)

Very cool submission! Don't think I've ever sacrificeduned any foxes or sheep in a game before! There was something surreal about the volcano and the music and the animals falling from the sky. Oh, and don't forget the charming reaper ghost flying us all to our doom, super cute!

Developer(+1)

Wow, thank you!
We agree: nothing really makes sense in the game, but aiming for reality was kinda out of our reach this time :P
But we're glad someone out there has our same passion for absurd :)

Cute models! And I love the particle effect on the volcano. This game is silly but fun to move around with all the freedom. When I saw foxes in the sky though, then I got a bit freaked out lol

Developer(+1)

Yeah, we know it's not the deepest game ever developed (lol), but we wanted to start with something light, and now we're glad you enjoyed the final result! :D
Thank you for the feedback!

Chill little sim game! But hey devs? Why are there sheep falling from the sky? :)

This was a nice little experience. The 3D movement reminded me of oldschool 3D games without any camera controls. Nostalgic but requires weird inputs to get the camera were you need lol.

I think having the critter pathfinding be a little better about ramps would help. I had trouble getting more than like 5-6 followers at a time because some would get trapped by ramps. Still a fun little experience though!

Well done. Be happy with what you've made and what you've learned. Keep making games!

Developer(+2)

We added a vertical offset to the all the creature random spawn location because we found it funny... (^◔ᴥ◔^)

We feared that the camera experience would be suboptimal without any control to rotate it to the player's liking, but ultimately we focused on polishing the rest of the game. Unfortunately, we both had work and chores on the last day so we couldn't do much else. Next time, we'll try to have better camera control (and less camera stuttering).

We're glad that you enjoyed our little game. Thanks for your feedback! \(^ヮ^)/

played it in the browser which made it laggy but it was fun enough that i kept going through the lag :D

the increasing ramp incline was a really good natural difficulty increase, i'll need to actually download it so i can give it a real play without the stuttering, super nice job tho on this

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing the game despite the browser lag. We'll try to switch to a more basic graphic renderer when planning to include a web release.

Unfortunately, there's still stuttering/camera shake in the executable, probably caused by the function that updates the (interpolated) camera. We're sorry for that. :°c

Anyway, thanks again for your feedback. („• ᴗ •„)

Kind of feel bad for slaughtering animals but I guess that is the point :).

For your first game jam you should be pretty proud about it all. ESPECIALLY as it is in 3D. I have never even thought about attempting a 3D game.

Thanks! ٩(◕‿◕。)۶

Trust us, we almost cried most of the time on the second and third days, regretting our choice to make a 3D game without knowing how the engine and the scripting language worked. (However, we're both devs and knew some basics of Blender, so that helped. <.<)

Thanks again for trying our game!

If sheep falling from the sky is wrong, then I don't want to be right! Yes, as I played I was greatly amused that my fully partially animated low-poly sheep were so excited to see me that they were literally falling from the sky to get close to me :)

The gameplay is actually quite peaceful and music pleasant. Then, you realize that these little critters are blindly following you to their own deaths... dang, that got dark quickly. I applaud the ambition of all the features you've attempted to integrate into the game. Even if some of them aren't quite as polished as you may have liked, it's still quite an accomplishment!

Developer(+1)

Thank you!

Yeah sheep do that. They get so excited, and then they're falling from the sky to drown you with their cuteness love you.

We're glad that you enjoyed our first game.

We really appreciate your feedback and will try to get better at it. (b ᵔ▽ᵔ)b

I was happy the creatures followed me and loved me, I didn't expect the violent sacri-fun (perhaps I should start reading titles before playing)! What a plot twist haha. Anyways I appreciate the creativity :)

Developer(+1)

Ahahaha sorry, we hope not to have traumatized you... But we can assure they're in a better place now :P

Jokes aside, thanks a lot for the feedback! We're glad you enjoyed our simple interactions with the virtual creatures :)

Fun little game, and especially seeing as it's your first jam game, you're off to a great start!

I especially like your 3D models

Developer(+1)

Wow, thanks a lot! We really appreciate the fact that you spent time trying our first game :)
We had a lot of fun developing it, and we hope to improve in the future!

Hey! If you played this game before Monday, you may want to try again. We were able to squeeze in some last-minute updates before the deadline. Let us know what you think about them :)
