Beautiful art and animations, the game was fun to play but that Strange Spirit was the death of me! The enemy was particularly cool and it was fun just to watch. Made me want to play a fighting game with these characters!

My first attempt I died to the seemingly impossible fairy and what looked like Cthulhu vampire. My second attempt I went to the left and was alone with the fairy and unleashed every skill as much as I could until it was dead. Then there were no more enemies, and I couldn't progress through the level. Third attempt, I was writing this comment, and went back half way through to be at less than half health. So I ran all the way to the right again and everybody stopped attacking me, so I could easily kill them with the lasers and lightning bolt skills. I'm not sure if I killed the octopus arms or if they just disappeared.
It's a great looking game! I agree with CFHM, that sounds & Music would go a long way! Allowing the player to spam every action is kinda fun, but takes any challenge out of the game.
Does this means I am winning!? :P So much is happening with every little context it was hard to tell 
Help! I had no idea what I was doing :(
The controls were on screen, but the HJKL configuration was really unintuitive. I'm not sure I got the hang of it. I couldn't seem to do anything to the mind flayer guy, so I tried to run past him, but couldn't get up the slope. I'm not sure if that's intentional or if this the game is this fight.
There's a lot going on and the game looks amazing. The character animations and sprites were all super cool. Sound effects and audio would have gone a long way towards providing player feedback on when they were taking damage and dealing damage though.
Congrats on making this for the jam. This is an impressive amount of work. Well done!
I love the art in this game, the attack were super cool.
To give some constructive criticism (and obviously I know it was only a game jam) I think the Cthulhu character was way too difficult to kill 😂 I felt like I was wailing away at him for five minutes, for a while I thought the attacks were doing 0 damage, maybe a health bar or some floating damage indicators would do a world of good here (just for some player feedback).
