How does the game fit into the theme?
the warrior keeps moving forward and attacking enemies, and it's your job to support her with spells so that she doesn't get her ass kicked in the process

I enjoyed playing this even if it was short. The concept and art is cute and I think it can be fleshed out into something really nice if you do end up continuing development.

Cute art and fun game :) I didn't really have to think about anything other than keeping defense and attack buffs up constantly and healing when necessary, but I can see how different enemy types would encourage unique strategies! I would enjoy playing an expanded version

if i had more time, i would've tried to balance the game to require you to balance your buffs and manage your mp over multiple stages. i'll definitely be coming back to this at a later time to turn it into a full game!

Exclusively controlling the support-type character in an on-rails, sidescrolling RPG is such a unique and imaginative idea! 
The graphics, sound effects, and character designs were all phenomenal! I really enjoyed trying to strategize what stats I should boost while constantly being bombarded with enemies. Great job! :)

thanksss, glad you enjoyed it :D i'm gonna come back and turn this into a full game after i finish my current project so i can add in more varied buffs, music, and animation (it'd be swell i think)
