- Really loved the art style, the gameplay was also really engaging. I think it was a little too tough to aim, a lot of the time I just resorted to spamming left click while running through the monsters. But overall, good job!
- Love the PS1 era graphics, level generation was refreshing and interesting. Wish there was a better way to aim controls-wise.
- This guy runs just like I do in real life. I dig the 3D aesthetic you have going; difficulty is very hard since you can't seem to shoot in the opposite direction that you run and the zombies are very fast! Fun though once you're able to get past the first wave.. which took me a bit.
How does the game fit into the theme?
You must keep moving forward in order not to get torn apart by a wall of saws while also manuvering a sewer.
What premade assets did you use if any?
I wrote all the scripts myself, and composed all the music myself. The shader was bought off of the asset store.
I made roughly half of the "art" assets, including UI, SFX, 3D models and more. A full credits txt file is included, there are a lot of different sources.

Hi, I'm hedge one of your judges! Played at https://twitch.tv/hedge_in at 8:10:22 <3 (Part 2)
This is really useful thank you
Interesting idea and beautiful graphics. I like guns)
I also like guns, I recorded the foley in my room with a replica m1911 )))
Fun game! Maybe a bit complicated to click the buttons when you need to crouch reload and move almost at the same time
Yeah, I think because I knew how the game worked I felt the need to make it far too difficult. Thanks for playing!
Cool looking graphics, a little bit hard to aim but fun gameplay once you get the hang of it
Thanks a lot!
Cool visuals kinda like zomboid i like it a lot and crouching makes it 100 times harder neat
Thanks for playing, it's good that you like the crouching, not everyone is a fan of it
I realy liked it. The art style is gold, remember me ps1 games. I would only complain about the aiming, but it also makes the gameplay more difficult.
Thanks for playing! Yes, I agree, mouse aiming would be better.
I really like the art style, definitely gives off the griminess of the sewer. I think the mechanic that requires you to slow down to regenerate health is cool, but maybe could be a little better balanced (like the wall a tad slower) to make it work really well (or maybe I’m just bad). Otherwise, fun game!
Thanks so much!
No I totally agree about the crouch mechanic, it definitely needs balancing, or replacing with another way to slow down the player.
Literally all 5 stars
Thanks so much!
Really freaking buddy! though the fonts a tad bit difficult to read but regardless, I can see the effort and time put into this! instant joy from me!
I agree, I think the UI design is appaling looking back at it - I could definitely learn from your game))) Thanks a lot for playing!
This might be my favorite game of the jam so far. Straight away into the action, loved the retro graphics and camera style, feels like a lot of time and effort was put into the game. Really loved it!
Thank you so much, honestly, same with your game, I just love the soundtrack with a passion
I love the concept and graphics. I do feel like the controls were a bit awkward, especially when it came to trying to aim. Otherwise, a great game
Yes, one of my playtesters said this too, he suggest just normal mouse aiming. I would've added it, but I ran out of time :(((, thanks for playing though! I really appreciate it
Very nice, straight-forward concept. It reminds me of old flash games I used to play. I think something you could shoot or interact with to slow down the wall a little would be a good addition.
Thanks for the comment! My playtester said the same about flash games hahaha, and I think maybe shooting some kind of fuse box on the wall to slow down the wall would be a really interesting mechanic, if I decide to carry on developing after the jam ends.
