So is the winner based on the number of ratings and the individual points added together or do they get an average? Because wouldnt it be unfair if some games have more ratings over the rest?

i think you should have around 20 ratings to be considered  as a winner and sure they took the average of the ratings.

hmm... so basically... rating everyone 1 star will higher your chance of winning... this is stupid...

i think what they meant is that you will need 20 ratings at least to be considerd to maybe... just maybe win, although i am not sure (obviously).
