Are you using any third party assets?
I modified and used the Move it Locomotion plugin, CLazy Animations, Endless Runner/Shooter Template, Scifi Weap Light, Character Creator from Reallusion, and EPMaster Materials. You're probably wondering, well what did you do? Mostly modifying code into a game loop, beginning menu, and I made the song/music playing. The song is currently not named. So really not proud to say, lots of assets were used, I just modified them quite a bit and coded extra around them to get something playable.
Are you using any AI generated assets?
no
Did you use BulletFury?
No

Absolutely love the concept. the movement needs a bit polish but it has great potential!
I like the idea of a infinite scroll bullet hell, and the ragdolls were really funny. I think the game needs a better way to aim at the enemies, as I found myself struggling to figure out the right spot to aim to hit them. I also would say add a way to speed up/slow down the player to make the parkour sections easier and to run through the enemies when you've already killed them. Overall great work!
excellent suggestions and I couldn’t agree more! Thank you
Finally! someone else using unreal engine. I thought I was the only one. I like the concepts and that there's different levels rather than just one. I do find it very difficult to last for a while in the fast bit. but I did enjoy lighting up the people shooting back!!
thanks Gabriel, really appreciate the feedback!
Ah! thats why the game is so huge!
Nice setup you have here! I can see that these levels are generated differently each time I load. The slow movement and no-controller guide did make me end my session a bit early but those things are nitpicks. You got the concept down, just more fleshing out time with mechanics would help. I liked the character selection screen btw!
thanks, I think that’s the beauty of these Jams; it’s like here’s a week or so, let’s see what you come up with. I always try to triage the basic MVP for whatever project I’m working on. Yep, the mechanics definitely need work; if I ever continued this game I’d actually just scrap most of it or refactor in C++. Prototyping is fun though, to see what works and what doesn’t. Appreciate your input!
