Wow, I was surprised with that twist. Really nice atmosphere, but too short for me.
Fun little game that takes quite the left-turn. Music and sound effects do a very effective job at setting the mood at each stage. As probably most people do, we hate surveys, so you've really created a little nightmare here.

Very well done horror, great use of music and SFX. I don't know if there is a right combo or if it's just a never ending loop but I had a good time. Great work! Keep it up!
