So nice to see a text-based game! Really took me back to good old times.
With more time to add more story and puzzles, this could get better and better. Music and sound FX as well.
Very original entry!
Aw thank you so much! ^^
It was awesome!
Thank you! ^^
Smart idea. This game really entertained me and I tried doing everything, only to discover at the end that I can't. I totally understand tho that there wasn't much time to dedicate, at least your game got an ending, mine has just the start of the story. That's because creating a good story for a game jam is more than a challenge and a brave choice to take. Hope we will both update our games, yours has a lot of potential. Also I wanted to ask what was your inspiration for the story, if you want to tell me. Good job.
Great game! Nice story, although I think it would have been better if there were more subtle details in the rooms and in the puzzles that anticipated the big revelation. I also missed a command to tell you where you are and maybe some sound effects. Good job!
Thank you! ^^
Yeah I do agree with you, I planned to do that but time was short so I rushed it a bit. :(
Challenging interface!
I appreciate the inherent challenge these old-school types of games present to players; I respect it. That being said, I would recommend some form of guideline in the game's introduction or, even more so, a permanent inclusion that visible to the player as a helpline.
I will look forward to revisiting this title if there are updates! Great job.
P.S. May you please check out my adventure horror game; I think you may appreciate it!
Thanks for the feedback! Some sort of map for the rooms you've discovered would help indeed. I'll think about it!
The interface looked nice. I was a little lost during the game, but it was interesting to type in commands to further the story
I tried not to make it too complicated, and to make rooms memorable, but indeed it's not easy to play a text adventure game like that.
Thank you! ^^
liked the terminal looking interface thing. didn't understand what i should do and like the main objective of the game (only played like a minute or two, sorry). Good job though!
All good, thank you! ^^
i think the interface you designed is very cool - i thought being able to type in commands was really interesting and fresh! i did start getting confused with where i was going and what directions i was heading in my mind - perhaps if you revisit this mechanic some kind of map would be helpful for the player to orient themselves. i think audio could be a fun addition too <3
Thank you so much! ^^
Indeed I thought of adding a map in the future! A command to tell you where you are again would be nice too.
Sounds as well, seems like a great idea! but since I was short on time I didn't do it yet.
grate front art check my game too
Thank you!
