This had some really impressive art and visuals that made a nice atmosphere. I wasn't able to figure out how to win though and got stuck at the not real part. I'm sad I couldn't explore the full game but I loved what I saw!

Chill at the start and a bit horror on 2nd part haha, nice one !

I especially liked the camera visual, it gave some nice atmosphere !

Funny moment, I pushed a box to the black moving stuff at some point and he went on top of the box when he reached the wall (he was stuck between the wall and the box while I was still pushign the box) and then he jumped back at me and I died lol.

Finished the game, good job on this entry ! (°w°)b

Hey!

Nice game, I liked the graphics and the audio, the energy drink thing was also pretty cool, I dont like so much that the popups automatically dissappeared sometimes i did not heave time to finish reading them.


I couldn't finish the game , where was the third level key?


I like how the game changed to unreal once the ghost started appearing

I agree that the popups could use some more refining after the game jam. At the moment there are some that disappear after you leave a task’s trigger box, while some disappear after a timer expires. We actually did come across a bug where specific popups disappeared instantly like you said. I guess it came back somehow haha.

As for finishing the game…

SPOILER ALERT

We intended to stay as true as we could to our inspiration of The Backrooms, an area where people can legitimately get lost in.

So all I will say is: keep exploring, be curious of the environment, stay safe, and hopefully you can find your way out!

AMAZING

It took me a while to figure out what to do, but now I managed to actually finish the game, and it was great. The pixel-art was very nice, gameplay was very basic at the start, but the ending "horror" part spiced things up a lot.

Great job honestly.
