Game looks cool. Controls feels nice! GG

The controls are nice and smooth, the game is really hard but it's also fun.

This game can be more complex than I expected for a game jam entry. The upgrade system is well made and pretty deep and incentivizes multiple runs. The gameplay may be simple, but it's pretty damn effective. It reminds me somewhat of Hill climb racing, in 3d and with many more explosions, and the night-day cycle is a nice touch.

I think there  are a couple of issues though:  sometimes I got hit  by the airstrike with no way of reacting, the intervals between fuel can be too long (although this may be intentional, see Hill Climb racing) and, the weirdest of them all, if you drive in reverse nothing spawns and you don't use your fuel. It took me a bit, but I managed to clear the whole stage this way, without any upgrade.

Why only 32bit?

As someone who used to deliver pizze, I can definitely confirm that this is exactly what we have to put up with on a daily basis! Jokes aside I had a lot of fun reading the how to page, amongst all these normal instructions there's just "Avoid mines and airstrikes" wich is hillarious!

Otherwise tha game could really use some polishing. Sometimes cars spawn inside eachother and a gentle touch of the fence can damage your vespa as if it was hit by an angry bull.

So this game is a lot of fun, but could use some polishing. And a lot more attention!

lmao, thanks for your review, I tried making my own outline shader and it just caused some random problems with the 64bit build however, when I tried creating a new build in 32bit it worked fine I really don't know what caused that but I am pretty sure it was just a glitch from unity, anyways thanks for trying out the game! :D

Submitted

This actually does make sense... I'm no unity developer so I don't know what may have caused this but the game is fun enough as is so it's not bothering anyone!

Simple style art, but great, and I love the control, its easy to learn the game! Hows mine?

Lots of options and upgrades, with a few adjustments could be a great game!
Good job! checkout our chaotic driving game :D I hope you like it

Wow, this game was amazing! The driving mechanic is amazingly nice. Avoiding those cars and mines makes you feel like a character from Fast & Furious. The art style is simple yet elegant and the music makes the game even more relaxing. I really like these transition animations. I would suggest putting some screenshots on the games page to make it stand out even more. Great job, keep it up!

If you have a minute, please check my game too :)

Good idea for me. It was really polished on the side of menus and pickups. Got some issue with collision not always working as expected but still, great job

Like the graphic eventhough couldn't really see the link with the "Let there be chaos" theme.

But still, great work!

Developer

Thanks for your review, there's a link between the theme and the game, the game contains weapons explosions airstrikes and mines so I am pretty sure there's a link between the two

Okay no bad point here, was just explaining what i think ;)

Again, still a great game

I liked your game, the visuals and the idea are great as for me for mobile phones, taking into account pumping and random gain. I didn’t like the fact that according to the rhythm of the melody and the mood in the game, it’s driving, you really want to overtake and steer everything that happens on the road. But with any mistake, the transition to the main menu begins. You want to continue, but you are thrown into the menu and you just want to exit. It would be great if the player himself hits me by pressing the button, for example, the icon of coins will twitch a little through the animation, I suggest that we have enough money for the next improvement

Man that gets difficult, but I really like the polish that went into the menus!

This is a great game with smooth screen transitions and overall matches the theme perfectly. You did a great job, bro. I really enjoy the physics when you land on a mine and soar out into the sky; it reminds me of being hit by a giant in Skyrim.

With the fog in the background, the scene appears inviting (not too much and not too little just right just right). The gameplay is also extremely beautiful and easy, which is exactly how I like it, but I kept dying at first and wished for a rewind button like in Hell Gates, hehe. I've also noticed that the mines, cars, and consumables are generated at random, making the game less predictable.

One confusing aspects for me was when I decided to upgrade my motorcycle and couldn't figure out how to go back. Later, I noticed that the back button was located in the bottom right corner. (the button blended too well with the background i guess)

Final thoughts: You made a fantastic game, and I can tell you put a lot of good decision and effort into it. With the upgrade system, it contains massive replay value and I also really appreciate the game saves my upgrades and money when i quit and comeback later on. (Thanks for that) . The only improvement I can think of is a little more fuel and coin spawning, especially in the beginning.

Thank you so much bro for your detailed review, I wish I had time to implement a rewind system like in Hell gate's it was super satisfying to use I miss working on that game

I was my pleasure bro, always happy to support a dear game dev friend. Hell Gates was quite something, alot of sleepless nights and last minute updates haha. Good times.

Thank you so much for your honest review, I wanted to make the game harder so I made the power ups spawn less often so the player would grind coins and rely on the shop to upgrade his fuel tank

Game is good and fun to play.

Great game! I really like the power up system you have done in the game! Fit very good to the game. Also the driving is really cool!  Sometimes cars spawn very close to each other so there is no chance to go through without a weapon.

Developer

Thank you , you can collide with cars to explode them if you don't have weapons but you'll lose health, anyways, I am really glad you liked the game :D

And you did it in 7 days? :0
