This is probably the one game that deserves the five star in fun ;) I like the level design a lot, the game has a lot of potential.

In what way does your game fit the theme?
Friends work together => Stronger together :D
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes... except for Cinecamera for convenience reasons.
Though I watched a lot of Brackeys tutorials - those are pretty helpful.
Also the sound effects and soundtracks are original, too. :)
Comments
I have already said this in the game page comments but I'll paste it here just in case:
This is a very awesome game! It definitely needs work done on it, such as misspellings, aesthetic work, lowering the default music volume, and possibly more. I accidentally muted my computer and I thought the game didn't have music. Therefore, I didn't realize how loud the game was or I would've lowered it. Instead of lowering the game volume by 5db as usual in editing, I had to lower it by 13db! Lol! There's a lot of simplicity in the art style and that's a good thing! Keep up the good work and I hope to see another game from you!
P.S. The game badly needs a graphic for the title. I don't know how to look for fonts in Gimp or I would've chosen a better one!
Thank you for the play-through! And you are right, since we did not have any prior experience working with importing audio in-game, we definitely did not lower the volume enough... Also, we did not have enough time to work on aesthetics (we are not the best at organizing our project timeline) so we just left many of the default stuff there.
Anyways, I'm glad you enjoyed it and I really appreciate your quality feedbacks!
I am usally not a big fan of physics-based movement in platformers... BUT in this game it is executed perfectly. Climbing different shapes of terrain is really enjoyable and kinda funny. Also I liked how you used the theme. Ofcourse it is not very innovative to use different characters with special abilities but it does its job in this game very well. I would loved if you retextured this game to make it look more encouraging.
Interesting, the first cube really reminds me N++, I am really a fun of these wall climbing control.
Good job, had a good time playing it.
The control is not as responsive as I liked. The sound and art is okay. Well done.
This game was super charming, and fun. From the rotating block when you jump to the singular piano note that plays when you die - it's all great. Movement, while sometimes clunky, allows you to have so much freedom with it. The physics might be scuffed, but that's what makes it fun!
Great game! (that I totally didn't rage quit)
Also that music is really good
Ah yes, there was actually a white portal you just pass through, hypothetically, before that region. The white portal would set your gravity to 0, so you would not be able to stop the push without the friction from the ground. Now obviously you are smart, you probably have figured out that there is a green portal you could dash into to the left, setting the gravity to normal and thus experiencing ground friction. Though for non-gamers, that part is pretty hard.
Very impressive for a first game jam! You have tons of potential! Keep it up =). Lol "scuffed physics"
