Fairly barebones so far, but a pretty good concept. Has potential.

I'd like to see this taken in some new, interesting directions, and polished up~

Could add more projectiles that interact with the environment in cool ways, just like the door.

Nice bit I couldn't really play that much cause I couldn't see anything with the webgl version.

Great effort! Seeing the staff get more gems is pretty fun. I don't understand why I was getting hurt so fast so much but I was able to beat the dragon!

I really like the simple characters, and its a great start.  My eyes are getting old, the checkerboard kinda messed with me.  I would recommend going with a solid floor, or maybe larger checkers.  Keep going I would love to see this polished up.
