Really appreciate the kind words.  Thanks for playing.

Thanks for playing.  The internet was built for cute cats, right?  lol

Thanks for playing.  We continuing the development and plan to improve the dialogue and puzzle aspect of find the right potions.

Thank you for the feedback, and I couldn't agree with you more.  We are continuing the development so stay tuned!

Dang it BOB, you gotta do better than that lol.  This is fun, I just wish the bullets fired in the direction the mouse pointer.  I think its a great start!

Please take a look at Pongo if you get a chance, we tell a story about a boy and a dog.

lol, we giggled about a plot twist easter, but time kicked our butts.  Thanks for the kind words.   Glad you had fun playing.

Thank you very much.   I bet you are right about neighbor dogs.

Thanks.   I was surprised at how much fun it was to bumrush the ball.  I played for like 30 minutes after making the change.

Don't we all.  Thanks for playing.

Thank you.   There are definitely some things i would tighten up on the pong game.

Many thanks, glad you had fun.

Thanks.  We actually had a stretch goal for sprites to match,  but we ran out of time.

THANKS!  You noticed alot of the subtle details.  We originally wanting some scenes with the new puppy, and a faster pace pong game, since the puppy would be faster than good old Pongo.

Dogs are the best!   Thanks for playing.

lol, thats great!   At first we programed the paddle to be locked on x axis,  but it was slow and boring.   Then a lightbulb moment happened and i think i played for like half an hour or more.

Sounds like you lost a special one, sorry about that.   They give us so very much and ask so little in return.  Thanks for playing and the kind rating.

Wow, thank you!

Thank you,  I appreciate the kind words.

I thought I would hop over here to play your game since you played mine, but I don't see it.  You know you can always upload it to itch (not the jam) and then paste a link to your game in your submission.  I have seen several people do that.  At least people will get to play something.

Did you know you can move the pong paddle forward and backward?  It makes the pong game much faster and very fun.  We have had a ton of feedback on the main submission page regarding the pong game being extremely fun and a great twist to the original.  The only negative is that you can hit the ball so hard it flies out of the boundaries and requires you to hit escape a few times to reset the ball and paddles.

Thanks for the feedback.

We had a stretch goal to have the sprites art look like the cut scenes but we didn't have time.  We have full-time jobs and it was a stretch getting what we have here done.

Is it normal that when I hit play the ant starts moving without my input and never stops moving?  I tried to push E to collect items but nothing is happening for me.  The game looks great and you nailed many aspects.  Just not sure if my pc is dorked this morning or I just don't know what I am doing lol.

I played the game alone as well.  It was challenging.  I quit some time after reaching level 2, it was too difficult to make my fingers do what I needed them to do.  I really like the art here and everything feels really nice.  At some point do we get to swing that sword?

Please rate my game if you can.  It's got a story about a boy and a dog.  Thanks

I LOVED THIS!  I played and beat all the levels!  This was probably the most fun I have had playing the Jam games.  You did a great job with instructions, and options and boosters.  I think if this were webGL, this game would be high on the charts.  5 stars all the way around.  Because I played for so long the music got a little repetitive, but it's a week-long jam so it's understandable.

Also, thanks for rating my game earlier!

Nice very complete submission. Love the music, art and matches the theme.  Well done!  I smashed some blocks at the end!

Please give my game a rating if you have time, it a little different and tells a story about a boy and a dog.  Its webgl and ready to tell you a story.

I love when i hit the q button the first time, i was so surprised.  This is fun but I only got to level two.  For some reason when I hit crtl for the red player, it didnt use the special ability.  Its all about trying and its impressive what you accomplished in a week.  Rated for the effort and the screen shots of the levels.

Give my game a play please if you have time.  Its webGL and tells a story.  Thanks!

I am not sure what I am supposed to do if I am alone.  How do I play with someone?  I really dig the music and the style you have going, but I need more info.

Would appreciate if you check out my game.  It too is webgl and ready to tell you a story.

I really like the art and music!  I want to play more but the sticking issue is holding me up.  Keep going, I think this will be really cool with some polish.  Rated!

Would appreciate if you rate my game, its story driven and webgl ready.  Thanks

Well, I am not sure what I was doing, but when I spammed the jump and right buttons I managed to make it to the blue door woot!  Keep going, it's all about trying, failing, and trying again.

If you would rate my game I would appreciate it.  We tell a short story.  thanks

I like the idea but wow do I die quick!  I could see this being great fun if playing with another person.  It's a great start

If you could please give my game a go.  It's webGL as well and tells a story.  Thanks.

I really like the simple characters, and its a great start.  My eyes are getting old, the checkerboard kinda messed with me.  I would recommend going with a solid floor, or maybe larger checkers.  Keep going I would love to see this polished up.

Please rate my game aswell.  Its webGl and ready to tell you a story.  Thanks!

Hey, nice start to a puzzle game!  People love puzzles!  Keep it up!

Please rate my game too, it's webGl and has a story to tell.

Dang, there are a bunch of levels.  This is really fun and quick.  My little guy got stuck in the room with the laser button which made me sad, but I got over it.  lol.  Overall this is really well done!

If you get the chance please rate my game.  It is webGL and ready to tell you a story.  Thanks

This is a very different idea, I like it!  For me casually playing though it was difficult for me to remember what items went in which can (but I am getting old, memory shot).  Would be nice if the items were color-coded or some on-screen hint.  All in all great work, keep it up.

If you have the time, please rate my game, it's webGl and ready to tell a story.

Looks like you crammed a lot of work in this.  I had some trouble finding enough materials and not sure what I was supposed to do.  I think once you are able to polish this, you will have a really nice game!  Keep going!

If you have time, please rate my game.  It too is webGL and ready to tell you a story.

The webGL never loaded for me.  I downloaded and played and I WON.  lol  It is a bit short, but we only have a week.  It's a great start, keep it up.

Would really appreciate it if you could rate my game.  It's also webGL and ready to tell you a story.

Thanks for playing, sorry you experienced the collider bug with the ball.  You can hit escape to reset the paddles and ball.

Thanks so much for playing and the review.  We feel it matches the theme because both the boy and the dog were stronger when they were together.  With covid and the isolation, many of us are a little weaker or strained emotionally/mentally.  Having a dog, or a pet to play with, and care for makes us stronger.

Thanks for playing and thank you for taking the time to provide thoughtful feedback.  Are you sure that was Pongo?  I will agree, we could have used some prompts or hints when a player spent too much time in an area without triggering story movement.  And sounds effects were on the bucket list, but we ran out of time.  We had several things fall in the scope cut trash can.  We feel it matches the theme because both the boy and the dog were stronger when they were together.  With covid and the isolation, many of us are a little weaker or strained emotionally/mentally.  Having a dog, or a pet to play with, and care for makes us stronger.

Thanks for playing.  This was my first jam and our first Unity jam.  We wanted to focus on a story driven game.  We thought it fit the theme because both the dog and the boy were better (happy) when they were together.
