Generally nice, but really miss sounds and some interface)
I suggest making the enemies coming in waves and add a way to get more ally tanks. Overall, good game idea.
It's a good game, I like the animations for the tanks, it's very clear where they're shooting and where they're going.
What I think would turn this into a great game and more replayable, is making it endless. With waves of enemy tanks spawning in and money you get for eliminating them, which you can use to buy new tanks of your own.

The game feels a bit slow and a bit too straightforward, but I really really love that its an RTS style game.
