In what way does your game fit the theme?
In HexIsles the hexagons can get to places together, they couldn't reach alone (e. g. by stacking or combining different abilities). They also shield each other from loneliness, which would cause them to petrify.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
No, I used a free LowPoly Water Asset by Ebru Dogan from the Unity Asset Store and the font Josefin Sans from Google Fonts.

I like those kind of puzzle game ! great work ! (maybe a bit too hard I got stuck at the 8)

Developer

I'm glad you liked it! You're right, the difficulty curve is a bit steep and I'm trying to make it a bit more accessible for the post-jam version.

This is a really REALLY GOOD game! The visuals, the controls, the audio and everything. It feels very polished, it is soothing, relaxing, and challenging at the same time. Hints are given in a really nice manner. Really absolutely gorgeous. Probably the best one I've played yet.

TYSM! You're too nice!

Great game, very challenging. I would say some levels could use an extra turn, though I guess the point was to make it difficult. Loved the visual and rotating camera, overall good job!

If you have a chance please check out and rate my team's entry "Beatdown Breakdown Boomtastic": https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928162 It's a rhythm-based brawler!

Ty for playing! Yeah, the difficulty curve isn't great, I'm gonna start updating them soon, adding some more optional hints & stuff.

I may not get to playing your game atm bc I have a lot of school this week, I'll try to give some feedback post-jam.
