I never participated in any game jams, and I have few questions:

1. Which way I have build project? (windows, WebGL, etc)

2. Do I have give source code, (I think probably yes), and where? (github?)

3. Do I need write somewhere, which programs I used to create game? (like, Photoshop, unity, sfxr, etc)

You can build projects anyway you want, any engine any language...

If it a small project you could use WebGL, or you could use downloadable files to run larger version.

About the 2nd and 3rd one, I don't know... Someone else will probably answer it

I don't think you need source code. You can write in the description of the project what you made it with or when submitting there might be a question where you put what engine you used and other apps

  1. any build you want, in past jams we found that games with a webgl build got far more ratings and plays than desktop builds though!
  2. nope, you don’t have to. You can if you want.
  3. nope, you don’t have to. But it might give people an idea of how you made the game ;)

Happy jamming!

And one more question, if font license says "free for personal use", that means I can use it for jam?

Best not, from what I can find on internet you can only use it for yourself. So you can’t use it for public display, monetary gain, or fame gain.
