How does the game fit the theme?
You play as a psychology student whose twin sister has been wrongfully imprisoned on bogus charges. Some of her friends -- revolutionaries -- have found you and have put together a plan to break her out.
You must navigate the labyrinthine prison flawlessly: no guards, no robots, no security alerts. Just you, and the mission.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Level and character 2D assets are from VEXED's itch.io page. All music and sound effects are from Beatscribe's itch.io page.

This is a great game can you please rate mine!!
I couldn't get past the "your name is solomon rodgers"
Looks really cool. It was a little hard to control the jumps.
Youuuu, the retro style is sickkkk. This should have a lot more ratingss. Loved your work!
This is fun! I really love the retro style and it was legitimately challenging! It took a while to get used to the jump. I'm not sure what it was, but something felt a bit off. I think if the jump were modified a bit, the game would be more fun and less frustrating at the beginning.
The style of the game is really awesome! The art is all excellent, and the music integrates into it beautifully! I did start to get a bit frustrated by the gravity on the jump - the player seems to accelerate down a lot quicker than they rise, which made even pretty straightforward jumps (like the one over the patrol bot at the beginning) pretty difficult. That said, it's still really cool - great work!
Underrated game, this style is SO perfect.
