How does your game fit the theme?
It's about descending into the depths.

(After some testing, I've realize that half the content is locked out due to a bug. Ah well! Next time I'll do better ^^)

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code. I purchased the 3d models, animations and audio files.

This is better than most AAA games :P

So it is time to write a comment. First of all it was nice to see Skyrim references. I liked the graphics, ui, sounds. Even main menu has incredible look. But ui was a bit complicated to me. Please add esc button to turn back command. Some kind of props like table, chain, goblet, rock etc. can be added to rooms. Combat was solid. Most of the creatures can not be stunned and that made me sad while playing but it is just my preference. Equipments, abilities, and features were more than enough but I couldn't feel the effect of them. I just run to the next combat and fight. But all of them aside amazing game for a jam in a week. I can even say that it is an admirable game even if it was not in 1 week. If you did all this alone you better keep going on game development :)

I want to rate this but don't see a ZIP file! This upload is incompatible with my computer for some reason. It looks cool though!

I genuinely don't know why this doesn't have more reviews. Even though all the art assets were purchased this game is still really good. I wouldn't be surprised if I see this on steam very soon for around £10-£20. UI is great, game is fun and intuitive, probably the best game jam entry I've seen.

Well that was a huge one :D Very retro feeling and super smooth gameplay. Loved the turn-based combat. I would've preferred enemies stats window over the enemies rather than behind them. Really fun experience.

Absolutely one of the best games I've played in a jam! wonderful work with functionality, graphics, music, and everything
one tiny funny thing, the character face is scary and funny :D :P

dude, you need to release this on steam asap. Its too good for a game jam XD

If i played this type of game more often i would 1000000% buy it on steam. This is like genuinely a great game please continue working on it!

I respect you being honest about buying assets and stuff, a lot of games on here arent being honest about ripped assets.

I've been following you since you started posting about your other game and I love how you repurposed the assets from that game to this one. The overall feel of this game feels amazing, I love the depth that some playable characters have and I love the concept of the game.

Through the depths of the dungeon!

Things I enjoyed ✔️
  1. I love how polished the game feels, you did great conveying the RPG genre!
  2. I loved the enemy, and player variety!
  3. You matched the theme great! I love the idea of going deeper and deeper into the dungeons!
  4. You did a great job introducing the mechanics to the player, I like how it started off pretty easy and got harder and harder, great work!
  5. I love the UI, looks very polished.
Things I would like to possibly see with your title. 🤷‍♂️
  1. I would recommend having a more low poly environment to better match the characters
  2. The ability to use your mouse to interact with the UI would be phenomenal!
Overall 📓

I enjoyed my time playing this game, I loved the time I spent playing it, from collecting loot from chests to the battle system, this game definitely deserves more recognition, great job!
