Spooky point and click style adventure! I would definitely work to find a way to make it more clear what the mouse cursor is hovering over, because it was often difficult to tell what I should be doing or what exactly I was looking at, and even something like a little label that popped up with a name tag would make a world of difference.

A little confused as what to do. Didn't find it scary, some scenes could have done with more work. Was ok I guess.

Horror is hit or miss. I agree the gameplay direction could use work. Thank you for trying it

The design and tense atmosphere are nice but I didn't understand the gameplay

Developer

yeah, that seems to be a recurring problem. I'll try to make the gameplay clear in a future update. Thank you for your input!

The audio was really solid and creepy!

I spent a bit exploring, found the toolbox and installed it in the...thing, but that's as far as I got. I don't mind minimalist art but I had a hard time telling what I was looking at most of the time.  Made the game difficult to enjoy

Overall a solid basis, just needs a little polish and some clearer art.

Well done!

NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE!

yo im guessing this has few ratings because it's kinda freaky. you did a great job of making me feel unsettled the instant i started the game. personally have not played very far because i am a big ol baby and am going to wait to play more until my roommates are around or maybe send it to my buddy who likes horror and watch him play over discord lol. from what i can tell you did a good job, the virtual boy aesthetic is really nice! ive always loved the black and red color scheme

Developer

I'm so glad it actually unsettled you! It's hard to tell what's scary and what's not, and if something will still be scary when you've played it so often. If you do end up seeing the end of it, do let me know what you think!
