How does your game represent "Power"?
The player character needs to get more powerful to overcome obstacles and climb high to reach the end of each level. There is a literal "Power" meter that fills when you collect protein shakes and the end goal is for Cliff to retrieve all his golden dumbbells - y'know, a thing that when used increases a person's power.

This game was very unique and challenging in a fun way
This game was wild and took some serious getting used to. You do get the hang of it at a steady pace as the levels continue to grow more difficult, elaborate, and complex! Some of the stages feel a little insane as you make progress and I kind of wish there was maybe a button to allow movement without grabbing...
The art is nice, the opening cutscene was silly, gameplay is very creative! Nicely done! :O
I thought this was really fun. Also super challenging haha. Never played a game quite like it
Tough as nails and really fun!
Ton of charm here, loved seeing the meme of the guy with the remote and beer in the intro cinematic, and for some reason the jump animation is really funny to me. Also really interesting control scheme, reminds me of Bennet Foddy games without the rage inducing aspect. This has a lot of potential!
I love the concept and control scheme. Also the moonwalk you can perform on landing (don't remove pls). Amazing job.
Fun idea, and fun presentation. Unfortunately the controls needed a little more polish, I think. The transition between climbing and not-climbing left things feeling a bit jarring. I'm still not sure what I'm supposed to do with the rock in the tutorial level D: It would attach to my hand, then disappear, then be there, then not, and I'd ultimately just drop it on the ground by falling down.
Yeah sorry, that mechanic is not clearly explained, my bad. Here's what I told another commenter who had the same problem:
The idea is to grip with the first hand near the pile (either left or right hand is fine, as long as the other hand makes contact with the pile during the rotation), and when the second hand is over the pile, press and hold the button to grip with the second hand. Release the button for the second hand to throw the rock.
You can also use the skip level button or level select to check out the other levels if you want :)
Really inventive control scheme and lovely art. Enjoyed the Bennett Foddy energy of this as well. Well done!
