How does your game represent "Power"?
Bots 'n' Batteries uses the theme of power in a couple core mechanics, player health, and special weapon charges.
The player's health constantly drains over time and can only be replenished by destroying enemies and picking up the batteries they drop.
The player's special weapon charges constantly over time and can bank up to 4 shots. The charge rate is dependent on the amount of player health "power" they have collected from enemies. The more power, the faster the special weapon charge!

Great way to incorporate the theme into this genre! I had to stop playing though because the camera movement started to give me motion sickness

Super juicy, crunchy, and satisfying gameplay! Loved how the power system and combo system worked together to incentivize slightly different aspects of the gameplay. The combo system incentivizing clean movement, while the power system encourages moving around the stage and taking down enemies as fast as possible. Great stuff! Just good old fashioned video game goodness.

I absolutely love the game feel, the way the camera moves with the mouse, how the bullets feel, just feels so good! The art is also very eye catching and nice to look at!

Movement is smooth and the art is fun. I suck at these types of games so I couldn't get too far - but I enjoyed it nonetheless! I really liked the title screen in particular. Very snazzy.

Pretty fun top down run n gun game! The action is super juicy and there is plenty of variety! The camera swings a little bit too much for my liking and I wish the battery drained a little bit faster!

Great game! It reminds me of the old Nickelodeon console games for some reason. It's fun to dodge bullets and shoot enemies, and everything feels responsive. The designs are great as well, though it feels static since they don't really move other than bopping up and down. Still I had a ton of fun with this, great work!

The game is super fun. I rly like the concept of maintaining your health by dodging the bullets but also engaging in killing and collecting batteries. Nice job
