How does your game represent Mode?
In Haunted Mini Mart, you can switch between Light and Dark Mode. In Light Mode, you stock your shelves and check out customers. In Dark Mode, you place towers to defend from the ghosts who are trying to steal your precious inventory!

I enjoy the idea, but got stuck on the 2nd customer like everyone else did.
This is a really cute idea! I love how there's two different games happening at the same time, and both demand your attention. A better tutorial could have been handy since it took me a while to understand what I was meant to do.
Tried this game exclusively because of the angry ghost in the thumbnail picture. He's so upset
Pretty fun concept, loads of different directions you could take this with more dev time. Took me a moment to realize some quirks with the controls and gameplay, and had some spooky bugs that forced me to restart, but these things are pretty common with jam games. Had a good time, very impressive for a first game
The concept was pretty great. I can see other TDs using this kind of concept as well. With some polish and further development, this could be pretty fun.
I also made a TD game for the jam, and kind of wonder if this sort of mechanic could help add some new enemy types for a full version.
I had a hard time figuring out how to play, but it seems like it has a lot of depth!
Loved the concept of this game. I got to stop the ghosts and put stuff out for people to buy. Got stuck on the second wave with checking out the 3rd person.
Its a cool idea to mix the idea of a tycoon game and tower defense. I wish the game was a bit less buggy because it seems like a genuinely fun experience. Would love if you could check out my game if you have the time.
This is a really fun take on tower defense! I think it needs a bit more instructions on how to play. Also I wasn't able to check out more than one customer. I'm not sure if I was doing it wrong or if it wasn't working.
This seems to be a bug with the version I submitted. Only seems to happen on the first wave sometimes, but still a huge bummer since I never saw this bug before submitting. RIP
For anyone else running into this bug, try checking out the first person in line before the second person arrives. This seems to fix it up for me.
