Congratulations on such a great game. Completed it with my brother and had a great time, it was challenging. Narrative was fun too, keep it up!

Incredible game to say the least.

Insane to think this was a solo developed game, the story was great, music was awesome. Even had a save system, and the combat is definitely my favorite part of this game. mechanics were simple, I got a hang out quite quickly, super engaging to play. haven't finished the game yet, but will definitely come back to this many times.

I understand the amount of effort you put into this game, awesome!

Thank you for checking out my game! :)
I really appreciate it because it gives me so much motivation to do better on my next game (which I've been working on while the jam has been halted).

I like RPG Maker type games a lot, and I think there was a lot of “pure heart” put in this one :). The way the jumping feature was used to make small puzzle paths was very good, given the time and I liked the color scheme and art a lot, I’m crazy for pixels XD.

The music was also very spot on and I likes the ambience a lot.

My only problem was that I had some difficulties with hitting targets during battle, I think their patterns are a bit difficult to understand when you’re too close and I end up spamming attacks to hit them.

Great work! :D

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! :)

Like Michael Harris said, it is obvious that a lot of effort when into the game and the quality of the game reflects that. The gameplay is cool and original, the soundtrack is very enjoyable and the graphics are nice. Kudos! I would do a full playthrough if but I want to try out the other games too :p

Ah I and forgot to say that the story was enjoyable too

Seems very in-depth in a good way.  Obvious you put a lot of effort into it. The combat is pretty cool and I like the dialogue as well.  Very good work

Thanks for playing! :D

I think its really obvious that you wanted to make a compelling story here and I applaud your efforts. In some ways it really brings out this coming of age story. Combat is a lot of fun and unique. Fantastic job all around, you should be very proud of yourself.

Thanks for the compliments and for your suggestions on Discord! I've implemented a few of them like adding a visual marker for the green elements and making the enemy respawn away from the player. It's definitely a less frustrating experience now

Great, Ill check it out once I get some time!

It's a story-driven game made in RPG Maker, but surprisingly high-effort enough to make you play a bit longer. It's difficult and fast-paced for the combat system (Not gonna lie, it has one hell of a learning curve and I died trying to do the battle.)

It has a nice art with color palletes that literally soothes your eye (for me, that is. Since I like the color blue.)

In short, it's good!

Thanks for providing me feedback! I'm planning to make changes to lower the difficulty and have a smarter AI. It's a bit difficult to optimize a balanced experience since there are only 12 battles in the entire game.
