I like this, it's silly and the platforming feels good even with the simulated physics, which is impressive. With the cats being able to perfectly match my movement though I would get them stuck on my head and be unable to jump, trapping me in some areas. Very nice game!

Thanks!

This is a great beginning with lots of potential. The incoming chaos from all sides was fun, but I never found myself able to reach either side of the level, and it wasn't clear that that was the goal either. A little more focus (clear goals for the player, gameplay mechanics, etc.) might help to make a better experience for players. Thanks for making and sharing your game!

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to learn more about game design.

If this is not the manifestation of Physics Chaos, then it is certainly it's next of kin.  There is a certain element of fun in all that that is neat! I wish I could have gotten further.  I ran into nothing but problems even trying to jump, let alone get past any enemies.  I would say the game needs work but it has potential, for sure!

Notes:

  • - The game would randomly start over on me and I never figured out why this happens. Usually, the timer was around 175-185 when this happened.
  • - Too often I would get pinned down by those green boxes and by unable to do anything. Their ability to line up with the blue guy vertically only added to the frustration of the whole thing.
  • - No pause button?!

Thanks, I'll work on the notes you mentioned.

I respected this game entirely although I am very bad at puzzle platformers.  I especially liked the brutality that the cats come for you right at the start and kind of laughed when the hostile green boxes were hiding and came out.  Getting the coins was straightforward but figuring out how to pick up the diamonds i never did solve that.

I could feel the depth of game play in this and so I gave that high marks.

Gave you an itch follow, if you like the things on my page(s), consider doing the same.

Cheers!

Thanks, the diamonds are checkpoints, your work is pretty cool.

I'm a little confused with what was going on and where I was supposed to go?
Were the cats friends trying to help or enemies attacking? What about the green and red boxes/guys?

I think a health bar in the UI for example would help clear a lot of the confusion up

Developer

There are two sides you can choose from, the cats and green zombies are enemies, I'll definitely work on the health bar, thanks

Fun and chaotic physics madness :D

A little confusing where I should go from here, but I explored quite a bit in both directions and didn't find any objective to win. Had a bit of confusion from random respawns when I didn't think I was being damaged by anything either. A lot of funny little moments where I got carried away by flying zombie enemies and got wayyyy up in the air. It was fun though :D Is the giant cat the final boss? I got it to spawn once but couldn't figure out how to defeat it

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, the random respawn is a mistake I didn't notice, and there are too many enemies, there is a final boss on both sides, glad you had fun.
