Here are my thoughts as I played the demo:

Did you use to be able to pitch up and down the camera? It'd be nice to be able to.

Did you give up up on being able to move freely in the overworld?

I can't seem to be able to rotate tranches when building a camp. The overall camping experience feels like it should be streamlined. I had to fight against the UI a bit.

A button to automatically take all the loot would be convenient. The loot you receive is unbalanced, there's way too much ammo.

I can't see anything. It's not just dark, it's opaque. It should be clearer.

The rate of random encounters feels like being in a cave without REPEL in pokémon.

I went from -2 rations to 0 while traveling.

I may post more feedback tomorrow.

Sorry for the late reply and thank you for playing UW(again!)
More camera control is planned, it just has a good amount of complexity that comes together once player gets to look at the world from different angles, but we'll work into brining that feature eventually.
Free movement was something that we felt unnecessary, so we're moving towards more board-game-like worldmap visual & controls.

Camping bugs should be fixed with the new version, but I'm keeping a close eye on the issues with camping mechanic as it's relatively new, including loot balance. Thank you again for your detailed feedbacks! \o/

do you think that love can bloom on the battlefield?

While there's a bunch of what seem like placeholders, I love the actual art that's in the game. The loading screens are great. Can't wait for more of it to be filled in, like when you enter a new town and stuff. The gameplay itself is great too, plays exactly as expected, just like XCOM or any other strategy shooter. It could even be a bit more difficult, because I breezed through most of the missions without taking too much damage. The only difficult part I encountered was having enough rations and trying to figure out how camping works. (It seems like the world is in a strange broken state when camping and characters are underground or something. Couldn't figure it out. Also sometimes when coming out of pausing the game, the characters wouldn't undergo the actions I told them to.) Otherwise, great work and keep it up!

Camping sounds like a bug that's been patched in the latest build.
It's pretty surprising to hear that it was easy because I've seen many people finding it too hard. Balancing is hard but we'll try to make it challenging enough for everyone to enjoy.
