Nice game idea and execution, word of advise, make the player movement normalized before you add its speed so you dont move twice as fast when moving diagonal, when I realized that it made escaping the Minotaur easy because I could double my speed, but overall a great entry and fun game
That was a fun little game! Every time I saw a (or several) Minotaur it was a mini jump scare lol But they did become less threatening when I realized it wasn't instant death on contact. Still spooky tho. Great job!
In my first play test, my wife said it was too hard with instant lose. So I made it require .5 seconds of contact.
Nice work! I made it to level 4, but struggled to find the key and make it beyond that. It seems like the level geometry stays the same and it's just the key/door that change on each play? I thought the audio was really well suited for the game and had fun playing. Thanks for making and sharing your game!
Yes, I used the limiter to stay in the same room so I randomized the chest and door positions and kept the room as is.
Very hard. I did not even complete the first level :(
I'm sorry to hear that.
There were some weird issues with the sizing of the window in my browser. It might be because of my resolution, but I couldn't see the bottom of the screen when it went fullscreen.
The resolution may be too big I'll see if I can adjust that.
Nice job! Definitely anxiety inducing! Cheers.
