Gameplay Instructions
Before you start, just to give you a little headsup, the game was built only in a few days for the Unreal Spring2020 Jam.

So, as you can imagine, the game has a lot (and I do mean LOTS) of jagged edges.

One of the biggest one being that you can easily glitch when switching between animals. If that happens, just press
Tab on your keyboard or down d-pad on your controller, and the Crystal will save you (well, teleport you back to last checkpoint)

Thank you so much again for giving this a go, we hope you have fun!

- Controls -

Keyboard & Mouse

Hints and tips

- The Fox is agile and can jump
- The Stag is strong and can break trees to create paths
- The Goat is dextrous and can climb steep slopes

I liked the game. But very very short (((will be continued?

Developer

Thank you so much for playing this game! Really appreciate it :)

At the moment we have no plans to continue work on this as it was just a short idea for a game jam, we might someday come back to this game.

For now we are working on another short but interesting free game, stay tuned :)

Great idea, but game doesn't finish. You need works more and don't forget this project. It has a future!

Sound, when fox run like horse sound :)

Remarkable looking game for a game jam showing the power of what the Unreal Engine can do with great VFX and art style. A proven concept that could be developed into a full longer game. Who doesn't love games that features animals? Will be keeping an eye on what else this team develops in the future. Great job!

Good execution of an idea in such a short time. Definitely would make for an awesome full puzzle/adventure game. Makes me want to run around with a bunch of animals and solve awesome environmental puzzles for a longer time!

I really like the artist design and vibe for this game, I can see it being an intriguing and quite relaxing game in it's full form Well done team 🙂

Really like this game guys - great imagery and really nice mechanics. I like the element if switching between animals to augment your skills and powers. It is a real credit to you all that you were able to put something of this quality together is such a small time - well done!

Beautiful background, smooth camera and cool mechanics! Keep up the great work!!

Pretty cool, the UI looked really good. But I would like to be a goat for longer.

A brilliantly themed short and peaceful journey with shapeshifting puzzle mechanics that provide a clever extension to the narrative. I read the readme before playing, but the combination of the narrative text and the exceptional UI sketches made the whole experience very intuitive, which allowed me to simply enjoy the scenery, gameplay, and story. Great job!

I really enjoyed this game.   The settings and animal characters were well utilized.   The windswept snow created a beautiful, but lonely atmosphere, which evoked a mood that was fitting for the theme.   I was just settling in and absorbed with the quest, when it ended too soon!   This needs to be refined into a full game.

I WISH this was longer, I absolutely love the story that you've told and the animal models looked fantastic!! If you ever plan on expanding this out into a bigger game then I will play the hell out of it!

(This is the third game on the video)

Developer

Thank you so much! It means a lot to us that you enjoyed the game, and took time to play it!

Rest assured if this was to become a full fledged game, you would definitely be the first to know! :)
Thanks again!
