i stuck at the lift what am i supposed to do ?
In the lift or just getting on to it? You need to click the elevator button to board the elevator and, once you have selected a floor, click the door to exit. I should have made that more clear.

Perhaps, like the other poster, you need to click the doors? Do you have any additional questions? Another thing that might not be clear is that on the 2nd floor, you can keep walking up (W) infinitely to see all the rooms. At that to leave the guest rooms or the gym you need to walk down. I should've made that clearer.
