Cool platformer with some experimental mechanics. The music is good, and with the addition of SFX and some refinement to the mechanics, this could be a complete game.

I like the idea of moving the level pieces around to complete it. You should definitely do more levels in the style of that. I think there's a lot you can do with that idea. I also like the music choice.
I did notice a bug where I could combine the blocks if I drag one over the other. I also noticed the rotating platforms suddenly stopped rotating, but the fourth one kept going. Not sure if that was intended?

it was indended so the 2 in the middle stopped when touching them, if all 4 started rotating again you would fall off while moving the cursor to the other platform
I liked the idea of transforming the level to get to the end, pretty cool mechanic. Definitely try to add more levels this in the future, I bet you can get pretty creative with it. Great work :)

I liked the mix of platform and puzzle using both keyboard and mouse! Needs some little polish and fixes but the idea is very nice
