Hello, I just wanted to know if I can use assets that are under CC0 license or if I have rights to use them. 

DO they specifically need to be made by me?

Not disqualifying anyone over using pre-made assets, whatever gives you the biggest challenge.

That seems kind of confusing since the rules say "Please don't use any art assets that existed prior to the jams start".
