Spoiler Free review unless specifically warned.

(August 2020, first build of the game) Dawn Chorus is a short but well made start to what will most likely be one of the greats if it continues as it's currently going. It's clearly inspired by Repeat but still manages to be unique enough to not feel like a copy of it. The art is absolutely beautiful and the music fits really well. The writing is just as good, although they seem to add a lot of periods where there should be commas but that's just a small issue. You should definitely give this game a try.  -axelgust30

(March 2022, build 0.18.2) Dawn Chorus has shattered my expectations by all accounts, I have played a lot of visual novels but none of them have hit me this emotionally and personally as this one. The writing is spectacular, the characters feel just, so realistic, like I could meet them in a real life situation and not suspect a thing, Bjorn especially. I was correct in my assumption when I assumed that this would become one of the greats, and I am so excited to read more, I just wish this game got more attention! - axelgust30

(THIS SECTION HAS A SPOILER WARNING FOR BJORN'S ROUTE, DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU HAVENT GONE THROUGH HIS ROUTE YET) Bjorn is by far my favorite character in Dawn Chorus, I really relate to his struggle in school and his uncertainness about his major, and really just how he is in general. I just, it's hard to put into words but he feels... like a version of me in a way, like I have some sort of connection with him. If the creators of Dawn Chorus are reading this, I just want to say thank you for your amazing writing, I haven't been doing the best IRL and going through Bjorn's route and seeing someone struggle like me truly helped, I know he isn't exactly the most popular character but I just wanted you to know that even the characters who might not get all the attention still do make an impact, so once again, thank you. - axelgust30
