A fun way to approach the hard and uncomfortable subject matter of body dysmorphia and gender dysphoria. Ruleset is simple, easy to grasp, quick to learn, and open ended. Ethan does a great job providing example of how to to take the ways dysmorphia and dysphoria haunt trans, queer, gender-nonconforming, and gender non-binary individuals and turn them into actual monsters (and monsters with encounters beyond just jumping straight to combat).

Education and Empathy are crucial to fighting hate and bigotry and this game is a good example and great place to start.
